RETURN POLICY: What is your return/exchange policy? TOP

All sales are final.

 

All items are handmade to order. Do to the custom nature of the orders, all sales are final. There are no returns or exchanges at this time. Please be sure to address any questions or concerns before ordering! Thanks!

SHIPPING TIME: How long does it take before items are shipped? TOP

Due to high volume of orders, current turn around time is 2 weeks BEFORE shipping. Shipping is done via the USPS and shipping in the US is approx 3-4 days once shipped.

Partyware ships in 2 business days. If partyware is purchased with a shirt or other items that have a 2 week turn around, your partyware will ship in 2 weeks with your other items. They will have to be purchased seperate for them to ship seperate! Thank you!

What shipping method do you use? TOP

All orders are shipped via USPS. Orders are shipped via First Class mail. In some cases where multiple items are purchased, the shipping method will be upgraded to priority mail.

Where are my items shipping from? TOP

I am a Army wife and I create all of my items in my pet and smoke free home. We just moved from being stationed in Lawton, OK and are currently stationed in Clarksville, TN. All items will ship from Clarksville, TN 37043.

Do you ship worldwide? TOP

Yes! Please contact me for a shipping quote. Please note that Canada and international (out of country) shipping can take several weeks, possibly months to arrive. Shipping is done the USPS. Some items arrive faster than others, but if the package is caught up in customs, it can take quite awhile. Please only place your order if you have a significant amount of time before you need it. Thank you!

SIZING: How do the shirt sizes run? TOP

Almost all the shirts/diaper covers used are 100 % cotton. They are labeled 12m, 18m, 24m but are sized 6-12m, 12-18m and so on. The shirts do run pretty true to size. The company sizes them for the average and some of the shirts do run a little small. If you need specific information regarding a certain style shirt, please contact me. If you are unsure, please order up a size to ensure that it fits. Please remember, do to the custom nature of the orders, there are no returns or exchanges at this time.

Who Creates the items: All items in my shop are handmade by me TOP

My name is Dawn and I handmake all the items shown in my shop (aside from party supplies and leg warmers). I am originally from New Orleans, LA and graduated from Louisiana State University with a degree in Interior Design. Since I am an army wife, I am currently with my family in Lawton,OK. I create First Birthday (and up) Boutique style items right here in my pet and smoke free home. I absolutely love what I do because it gives me a creative outlet. Each shirt is handmade with great care and attention to detail. My main goal is provide great style and quality shirts at a low price! Thank you for taking the time to visit my store!
