A great birthday hat for a sock monkey theme birthday party! This hat is made with cardboard and wrapped in sock monkey print fabric. The has alternating red and brown poms poms with a red pom pom on top. There is a cream color felt "1" on the front of the hat. There is elastic to hold the hat in place!
